Although he was obviously no spring chicken, it is a remarkable coincidence that "heart attacks" are a very common form of death amongst controversial dissidents...

Obviously, we can only speculate, but it's not like we can say that there's no precedent of our governement murdering or brutally persecuting its most bold, outspoken and articulate critics.
